This is caused by the high concentration of catechins (polyphenol) in green tea diet. As a result, the intensity of fat oxidation and thermogenesis also increased.
2. Maintain glucose level

4. Save calories
If you want to save the extra calories in the morning, then you should replace coffee with green tea. You can also try to drink green tea in the afternoon.
After knowing the benefits of green tea in weight loss, it is preferably to drink 3-5 cups of green tea per day for optimal results. This can help to burn 70 calories per day. If you do not have time to drink green tea diet, you can take green tea pills which are sold in the market.

1. Green tea diet is not everything
Not enough just to drink green tea every day, you also need to balance the meal pattern. Eat regularly and choose healthy food. And do not forget to exercise to reduce weight.
2. Green tea diet still contains caffeine
For you who have heart problems or high blood pressure, the caffeine in green tea is not a good thing. You can try green tea extracts, because it does not have more caffeine.
